ITINERARIES
DAY 1: Sai Gon -Cai Be -Vinh Long -Can Tho (Lunch)
Depart from the hotel at 8:00 am Your first introduction to the countryside of Vietnam and also the rice basket of the country. Arrival Caibe you will visit a local workshop to see how they make pop rice and pop corn. Continue by boat to the Caibe Floating Market a unique opportunity to see trading and commerce on the vast waterways. After weaving through the lush greenery of the Mekong River you will arrive on Anbinh Island in Vinhlong to visit with the local people and beautiful collection of Bonsai. Visit the fascinating collection of tropical fruit trees and flowers nursery of Mr. Tam Ho. Depending on the day you can see the local boat building, the local production of bricks and earth ware in the area. Enjoy a local lunch on the island. Continue cruising to Vinh Long. Pick up and drive to Can Tho. Overnight in Cantho
Day 2: Can Tho -Long Xuyen – Chau Doc (Breakfast)
In the morning take a boat trip to Cai Rang floating market – the highlight of Mekong Delta. This sights and the scene of the busy colorful floating market is unique to this area. Weaving through the various boats arrive at the tropical fruit garden well known for some of the most delicious fruits of the country. Savor the season fruits of the area. Then transfer to hotel for check out then drive to Chaudoc. For many Vietnamese Buddhist this is a sacred pilgrimage that many do at least once a year to the Holy Lady Temple set on top of Sam mountain. Arriving at the foot of the mountain you will come upon Tay An pagoda. Visit a well known Temple of Chua Xu on your walk up Sam Mountain (option drive to the top). Return to the Mekong river to take boat trip across to the Cham fishing Village of Islam religion (if time permit). Overnight in Chau Doc
Day 3: Chau Doc – Phnom Penh (Breakfast)
7:30am transfer to take the Hang Chau 2 speed boat depart at 8:00am – 13:00am with visa formality stop at Vinh Xuong border gate. End service.
